Billy Gunn came back to the WWE in summer 2003 in the wake of taking a couple of months off to recoup from (yet an alternate) shoulder damage. Returning to his 'Mr. Ass' trick, he was given an alternate sound push on the blue brand. 

Understanding this time around that maybe a bit of something additional could be utilized to get Gunn over, in the wake of coming up short in 2000 with 'The One', the organization provided for him Torrie Wilson as a chief/affection interest.
